I implemented ZooPhonics in the resource room with kindergarten and first grade students with disabilities. The phonics program uses animals to help children remember the shapes and sounds of the letters, in addition to body movements for each animal letter. UPDATE: During the time of implementation of using tablets to build social emotional skills in the Preschool classroom, students have made great strides in working together and helping each other out. According to Teaching Strategies Gold Assessment data my student have increased those skills by 30%.
