Last year certain sections had word limitations, but not every section. I believe it is the same way this year. While it doesn’t necessarily have to be lengthy, I suggest being as concise and descriptive as possible so that the scorers understand what you want to accomplish with your project and how you will measure your desired outcome. Hope that helps!
