National Literacy Day with Shelby Valley High School and Valley Elementary! Students from Mrs. Oney’s Spanish Class at Shelby Valley HS planned this lesson with feeder schools, Valley Elementary and Dorton Elementary. 4 students from SV read a Spanish/English book to students from Dorton and Valley via the Mondopad. SV also send students to both schools to implement Centers after reading the story to students! Centers included…”Counting in Spanish”, “Spanish Dancing”, “Spanish Foods”, and “Spanish Symbols”. The students had a wonderful time learning about Spanish culture! I have posted some pics! Check them out!
