At Pikeville Elementary School students have planted many Fall/Winter crops. These include: kale, lettuce, turnips, radishes, carrots, broccoli, cabbage, onions, peas, and lettuce. The Art Department is continuing the garden beautification process and the students are happy with the positive changes. The gourds that were planted last Spring are now almost fully grown and will be used for art projects in the art classes.
