The FBLA Entrepreneur team are promoting small businesses with a focus on Appalachia Sustainability. They wanted to be “hands on” learners and asked to sell produce from our school garden at the local Pike County Farmer’s Market. This morning they successfully sold bags of stir fry mix, mustard greens, turnip greens, turnips, radishes, green onions, broccoli, pak choy, and pumpkins! I am so proud of these students for giving up a Saturday morning to promote small business in Appalachia!!
