Well the Transmedia Graphics Art course sponsored by KVEC and The Holler has been completed and we attended the Firesummit where we had the opportunity to display the work my students worked on, along with other schools that had participated in this worthwhile project. My students really enjoyed having a career illustrator come into the classroom to help them with their projects. Some also commented that the challenge of coming up with a narrative piece was a new way to think about their art. Also, it gave them the opportunity to see how an online course works, they could work at their own pace and they had access to the instructional videos 24/7!
