Wanted to give a shout out to Mr. Andrew Castle at KVEC for all of his help with our 2019-20 Phelps High School Student Senate plan. He is always there with an answer when you need it. Thanks to him, we are now implementing our School ID Program. All freshmen will receive a school ID along with all school personnel. #ProtectThisHive
