  • We have been slow to start with all the school closings for weather and sickness. We have started on our projects though. Miss Janice Mitchell a quilting lady from our community has came in and helped the children do a nine patch block for a paper quilt the children are doing. Here is a few pictures one of the children took with their new IPAD.

  • Students and brook trout from Hans Doderer’s classroom at Paintsville High School where his students are raising brook trout to release locally with funding from a learning innovation grant from ARI and KVEC.

  • We are going to be working with Industrial Arts teacher to make the raised beds. We are also working with Lee County Extension Office. They have the raised beds and they are willing to help get the plans for them. We will be working on them in March.

  • My students absolutely LOVE when it’s time for them to teach the class, or answer questions on the IPad Pro. Here I have a 6th grade student who is working with number lines. His work is projected onto my Smart TV for the entire classroom to see.
