I had the opportunity to attend some sessions on peer observation at the Learning Forward conference…one interesting presentation was by Vanderbilt and Tennessee DoE. They are working with six districts using peer observation GROUPS. Teachers work in horizontal or vertical teams to review lessons (they video their lessons) and give feedback…Read More
