I walked into the NEXT GEN Academy meeting this morning and was immediately energized. The work going on in the room that is representative of what’s taking place across the region is AMAZING!

I agree. The butterfly video was an eye opener. I was making connections between PGES Observation and principal/peer observer feedback.

It did to same for me. I loved walking around to tables and hearing the excitement. Giving feedback on the project ideas turned into a learning experience for me. I can’t want to see where these folk are in December.
