@snoah Stacy would you share some of the ways teachers and leaders are using the Student Voice Survey Results in the schools you are working with?

Working with teachers who have been part of the PGES Field Test and Statewide Pilot, those teachers have had multiple opportunities to analyze Student Voice results. As such, I have seen teachers using the results to inform Professional Growth Plans and daily instruction. I want to give a shout out to Jackson Independent teachers for their use of Student Voice results in PGP development. They really took an analytic approach to reviewing the SV results, aligning the results to the Kentucky Framework for Teaching, and designing a PGP focused on improving a targeted area that their students identified via SV and other data. Jackson Independent teachers worked collaboratively to review SV results with peers. Teachers who had high positive marks in a certain area of SV shared techniques and strategies they felt contributed to those high agreement rates with other teachers. Teachers worked together to generate ideas for ways to increase agreement rates as well. Great to see teachers working together to grow and improve!
