I just added resources for those principals, assistant principals, c.o. and others who are taking the Teachscape Proficiency Exam. I learned a lot by taking the exam and I am currently engaging in additional calibrations. Several of you have inquired about calibration. It is not a pass fail, but timely and relevant feedback. Nothing like the proficiency exam.
