It is finally here. We kick off our PDAS pilot with a two day training by California State University, Chico Research Foundation will present Data Analysis for Continuous School Improvement Workshop. This workshop is about inspiring schools and school districts to commit to continuous school improvement by providing a framework that will result in improving teaching for every teacher, and learning for every student, through the comprehensive use of data. It provides a new definition of improvement, away from a singular focus on compliance, toward a true commitment to excellence. The workshop is a prerequisite for KVEC’s November 16 and 17 Perpetual Interactive DATA Retreat. We have 8 district/schools involved in the training. The training will become a part of the PDAS. We will be sharing tools and resources from the pilot soon.
