Last Week was a wonderful and productive week of Principal Professional Growth and Effectiveness (PPGES) goals training. Principals and Superintendent/Designee completed State and Local Student Growth Goals, Working Conditions Goals and Developed their Professional Growth Plans. Letcher County Principals are pictured as they enter their goals in EDS. Principals also completed the self reflection on principal standards and entered that reflection in EDS. All in all a great day at the Letcher site. Kudos to Breathitt, Leslie, and Letcher Counties who hosted the PPGES goals work sessions for their neighboring districts. The final PPGES Goals work session is scheduled for Jenny Wiley on October 19.
