My students are working on a bio-diesel project using a 1984 Mercedes diesel engine and converting to run on cooking oil or commonly called (WVO-Waste vegetable oil). The project is coming along great. The engine is currently being fitted to a mobile cart that we will have with us in April for display.

Bringing programming to Life with Lego WeDo has been a wonderful addition to my classroom. I was able to purchase 5 sets and allowed students to work in groups to create and code with the legos. Our students are enjoying using the iPads during speech therapy. We use it for student engagement and progress monitoring. The students use it for self monitoring as well.
