I am the Majority Leader for Knott County Central High School. This is my second year as majority leader. I am excited about our project this year and am expecting positive results for the school. This year our focus is school culture, specifically we are trying to improve behavior through positive reinforcement and recognition of student achievement.

The purpose of leadership is the improvement of instructional practice and performance, regardless of the role (Elmore, 2000).
